Turned 16 since you've been enrolled? - If you or your child has turned 16 since being enrolled with us we will need a new signature for your enrolment form. Please contact us if we haven't contacted you.
Haven't seen us in 3 years? - If it's been over 3 years since you've come in for an appointment the system will automatically unenroll you. Please contact us to confirm your continued enrolment if we haven't contacted you.
Dargaville clinic - We have an additional clinic in Dargaville open Tuesdays - Thursdays, 9am - 3pm. It is located inside the Kaipara Dental building, next to the Kaipara District Council building.
PA. Jamie Torres, Dr. Jim Schimanski and Dr. Tama Herman are available to see patients in person or as a phone consult.

Fees update - Some of our fees increased on Monday 15th September 2025. We are also bringing in a $5 fee for bloods. We did not charge for this service before. See our Fees tab for more information.

Flu vaccinations - We offer fully funded flu vaccinations for Maori and Pasifika over 55 years old, all patients over 65 years old, pregnant patients, patients with certain chronic medical conditions, and children 4 years and under who have been hospitalised for respiratory illness. The fee for non-funded patients is $30.
Eligible conditions include diabetes, cancer, and certain cardiac, respiratory, renal, autoimmune, or mental health conditions. Please enquire with us to check your eligibility.
